Owners and professionals should use in-app chat to confirm service fit, travel expectations, timing, and whether the match should continue.

Reporting a professional

EquinePro includes an owner reporting path for professionals. A report includes the professional, reason, and optional description, then goes to admin review. Reports do not automatically suspend a profile without moderation.

After a connection

Ratings and comments are intended to support trust signals after real-world interactions. Owners can rate professionals, and the broader app contract allows professionals to rate owners without showing that private owner rating to owners.
