How EquinePro privacy works.

EquinePro is designed so owners and professionals can evaluate a match before exposing phone numbers, addresses, or other direct contact details. Horse profile sharing is also gated and controlled by the owner.

Hidden by default

Direct contact details are not the first thing a match sees.

Chat first

The app supports conversation before private details open.

Mutual agreement

Both sides decide whether the match should move forward.

Trust signals

Ratings and comments help future matches after completed connections.

Horse sharing control

Owners decide when a connected professional can see a horse profile.

  1. 1

    Profile and matching information

Owners and professionals provide enough information for matching, including location, service needs, and travel range.

  2. 2

    Names may be visible

Names can provide context for a potential match, but that does not mean private contact details are open.

  3. 3

    Chat happens inside EquinePro

Both sides can discuss service fit, location, timing, and next steps before exchanging direct contact information.

  4. 4

    Contact details unlock by agreement

Phone numbers, addresses, and other direct contact details stay gated until both sides choose to connect.

  5. 5

    Horse profile sharing is owner-controlled

After an accepted connection, an owner may share a horse profile with a specific professional and revoke that share later.

  6. 6

    Professional notes stay private

Professionals can keep their own private horse records, notes, and photos for accepted clients. Those professional-private records are not visible to owners.
