How does scheduling work?+
Appointments are booked and managed in the app after a match turns into a real job, with schedule tools designed for accepted connections.
How do subscriptions work?+
Professional billing is handled through Stripe with a monthly plan, a founder rate, a free launch pass, and featured sponsor options.

How are payments handled?+
Professional purchases use Stripe checkout and the Stripe billing portal. One-time offers are charged once; monthly plans renew until canceled.
What is the Founding Pro Launch Pass?+
It is a free 90-day offer for the first 25 eligible professionals. It is claimed in-app and then marked as used.
What is the founder rate?+
The Founding Professional plan is a locked monthly rate for the first 100 professionals who join while the offer is available.
How do I manage billing?+
The app opens Stripe’s billing portal so card details and subscription status can be managed without support having to handle the payment directly.
Technical
What devices are supported?+
The live apps are Android-first. The public website is responsive, and iPhone access is tracked through a waitlist while the iOS path is prepared.
How do I reset my password?+
Use the password reset flow from the app or the account login path on the website when the recovery screens are available.
What if I cannot log in?+
Use the support page for help, verify your email and password, and check that your account is not waiting on verification or access approval.
Does EquinePro have Android and iPhone support?+
Android support is live. iPhone support is on the public waitlist and will be announced when the iOS release is ready.
